OF KRYAL CASTLE

THE GOALS:

GEMS: you must aim to collect as many gems as you can in the first two rounds, the puzzle rounds. These gems can be used as currency to help you collect information throughout the game, but don’t give all of them away. You might need them in the case that we need a tie breaker at the end of the game. The more gems you collect, the more likely you will win.

THE THEIF, THE INFORMANT AND THE RIGHT HAND MAN: One of the master guild has been stealing from the master. One of them is an informant for the authorities, and one is the Master’s favourite, and holds the key to the safe. You must discover who these people are by the end of the night and write your answers on your answer sheet, found on your table.

THE LIGHTNING ROUND:

In the need of a tie breaker, the Master Thief has put together a set of questions, pertaining to the finer details of the night. You should pay attention to your surroundings, and take a mental note on any details you may learn about the Master Guild. You never know what might come up.

THE SABOTEUR:

At any point during the first 2 rounds you could sabotage your team for a chance to win the final prize all to yourself. In one of the rooms in each round there lies a coin in plain sight. If you can steal the coin without anyone noticing, you can take it to the bar and exchange it for a free beer, wine, or soft drink of your choice. They will then stamp you with the mark of a saboteur and if you can remain undetected for the rest of the night you could be the sole winner of the night’s events.

The Master Thief

THE ROUNDS:

There are 4 rounds to this game.

The first two rounds will have you ambling around the castle grounds, solving puzzles. If you solve a puzzle, you get a gem. The next round you will spy a variety of scenes, this is going to help you collect valuable information. The last round is a chance to interrogate the Master Guild. All of these will help lead you towards your goal of earning the honor of unlocking the safe at the end of the night and claiming your prize. Only one guild can earn this privilege.

ROUND ONE AND TWO- THE PUZZLE ROOMS: Your aim is to solve as many puzzles as you can, in the allotted time. Puzzles are scattered throughout the castle. You will receive a route to take, you must follow that route and solve the puzzles allocated to you. You will have two rounds to solve puzzles, you may get the same puzzles or you may get new ones. If you solve a puzzle you will be awarded a gem, the more gems the better, they can be used to buy information or opportunities down the track.

SPYING SCENES: You are likely to learn all you need to know about the Master Guild in these scenes. The more you see the more you learn! Everyone will have a chance to witness 2 scenes, however if you wish to see the final scene you will have to pay 2 gems. You may want to hold onto your gems for future opportunities and advantages, or you may want to spend 2 of them on this, it’s up to you!

 THE INTERROGATION ROOMS: This is your chance to question The Master Guild Team Members to uncover vital information. You might want to ask them if they are the thief, the informant or the right-hand man. Or if they know who is? They can only answer yes or no. They can also lie! The best way to know what the truth is is to figure out what their tells are. They all have one.
